01 The float
3,701
That is every tokenized Lululemon share on Robinhood Chain. Four thousand and change. All of them.
Values from Sept 3 until the chain answers.
02 Where they are
Pools and contracts hold 89% of all tokenized LULU. What is left in actual wallets is roughly 390 shares, spread across 631 addresses. The issuer mints and burns as people buy and redeem, and the total moved by hundreds of shares in both directions on the day this page went up. That is why every number here is read live and none of it is a promise.
03 What the curve needs
Graduation on Pons takes 83.7 LULU. That is 2.3% of every tokenized Lululemon share in existence, pulled into one curve.
The curve opens against a 33.49 LULU phantom reserve and graduates into a permanently locked Uniswap v4 pool once 83.7 LULU have been paid in. Roughly ten thousand dollars, and it is a meaningful slice of everything not already sitting in a pool.
04 The precedent
BONER, priced in HIMS
58,714 tokenized Hims & Hers shares existed. In ten days the BONER pool held 31,198 of them, 53% of the float. Price discovery for the stock token was left to 20,303 shares in ordinary pools. On a weekend, with the NYSE closed and nobody able to mint, $39,000 of buying pushed the token to $132.64 against a Friday close of $28.84.
Then Monday
The authorized participant minted about 4,000 new tokens into the premium pools and the price realigned with the stock within hours. BONER kept its holders and its fees. It did not keep the premium. Its own site said it best: it cannot, on its own, cause a short squeeze. The monument knows this. The monument does not care.
LULU's tokenized float today is about a fifteenth of what HIMS had when BONER did that. That is the entire reason this page exists, and it is also the reason to be careful.
